(Includes barstaff and service for 4 hours)
Option 2
Dry Till ~ Hirer chooses the amount you would like to
put on the bar. Once this runs out the hirer may
extend the amount or guests are asked to purchase
their own drinks

Forrest Hill Great Southern Chardonnay
Brilliant straw in color. Ripe stone fruit aromas of peach and
apricot, complimented by light citrus notes with underlying hints
of roasted almond and butterscotch.
Heggies Vineyard Eden Valley Reisling
The nose shows lively citrus blossom, lemongrass and white
flowers. The palate has full fruit weight opening wit with bright
citrus zestiness with a rich middle fullness.
Mawsons Vineyard Wrattonbully Sauvignon Blanc
Wrattonbully vineyard plantings of sauvignon blanc are extensive
allowing only grapes deemed premium to be selected from
Mawson’s Sauvignon Blanc. This selection and fermenting free
drained juice without pressing gives very fine, intense fruit flavours.
Wirra Wirra Scubby Rise
Sauvignon Blanc,Semillion, Viognier.
Quite rare in it’s varietal composition, the final blend has
been chosen to produce a wine that displays balance, elegance,
complexity and structure.

Jim Barry Lodge Hill Shiraz
This wine is deep garnet in color, with purple tints.
On the nose there are intense aromas or varietal fruit, with an underlying layer of
complexity. The palate shows vibrant summer berries, mulberry, strawberry
and boysenberry, with background nuances of rose petals and spearmint.
Twin Islands Pinot Noir
Twin Islands is bright ruby in colour with a vibrant aroma of raspberry and spicy
plums. The palate is medium bodied with soft tannins and a subtle oak influence.
Peter Lehman Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep black centre with brick red on the rim. Lots of classic blackcurrant, dark
chocolate, traces of black pepper and hints of vanillin oak on the nose.
Beautiful silky rounded fruit on the middle palate and finishing with soft taut tannins.
Yalumba The Scribbler-Cab Sauvignon and Shiraz
The Scribbler has excellent depth of colour, richness and complexity.
This wine is full depth red in colour with purple hues, displaying an aroma of
brooding Barossa cabernet with dark berried fruits, hints of mint an leafiness.
The palate is full and stylish showing Shiraz sweetness but finishing with long fine tannins.
Sparkling Wine
Dunes Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir
Vineyard sites producing generous sparkling fruit are
selected for this wine. Gentle handling in the winery ensures a
maximising of fruit flasvours and delicacy in the final blend.
Nautilus Estate Marlborough Cuvee
A portion of the blend comprises reserve wines from previous vintages held in old
oak prior to blending and add complexity and character to the cuvee in a traditional style.
