A detailed list of terms and conditions can be accessed from the website, however below is a summary of answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Hire Charges for Function Hall and Facilities are as follows:

• Saturday all Day Hire 9.30am to midnight.-$700 (plus GST)
• All other hire times are charged on a set fee per head.
• Charges are $7 (plus GST) per head. These per head charges apply for a minimum 30 guests and up to and including 100 guests. E.g. 50 guests @$7.00 = $350 + GST=$385
• All functions with number of guests greater than 100 are charged a full hire fee of $700 (plus GST)   

Seating Statistics

• The function centre can seat 120 people with a dance floor, or 130-150 people without a dance floor.
  
• The function centre has 15 round tables, 6 rectangular trestle style tables and 4 small square tables.
  
• The function centre has 125 chairs. (Extra chairs may be hired as required).
• The function centre does not provide chair covers or tablecloths.

Ceremony Restrictions

• There is no restriction on ceremonies on the beach or the use of the headland look out immediately south of the club.
• The Caves provide a popular location for bridal photography.
  

Alcohol Licence

• The function centre is a licensed venue i.e. no BYO alcohol.
